About the Growth Group
Created in 2022, the AB InBev Growth Group unifies business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. By integrating global tech and commercial functions, the Growth Group leverages data to drive digital transformation and organic growth worldwide. The team supports iconic global beer brands including Corona, Budweiser, and Michelob Ultra, alongside digital products such as BEES (B2B digital commerce platform), Ze Delivery and TaDa Delivery (on-demand services), and PerfectDraft (table top beer keg system).
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Lead and oversee the full strategic planning cycle across 1-Year, 3-Year, and 10-Year Plans, ensuring alignment between long-term business ambitions and short-term executional priorities
- Drive development of strategic recommendations and business cases to support planning discussions and senior leadership decision-making
- Own preparation, analysis, and storytelling behind monthly business results, translating performance data into actionable insights, risks, and opportunities
- Lead governance and coordination of key business routines, including Monthly PMOs, leadership meetings, and critical planning and performance forums
Growth Management:
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across digital channels, commercial operations, and emerging markets
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions aligned with AB InBev's global strategy
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations
Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with B2B, DTC, Sales, Distribution, and Marketing teams globally
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
