What You'll Do
- Own and deliver a revenue quota, increasing ARR through timely renewals and strategic upsell opportunities across your portfolio
- Travel throughout the UK working with customers on-site to close existing opportunities and identify new revenue opportunities
- Manage renewals of existing platform use and engage with the Vyn Customer Success team to ensure full utilisation, expanding adoption of workflows, use cases, and best practices
- Drive new business development through cold calling and referral generation into new business units
- Grow ecosystem adoption within each customer by nurturing champions, enabling cross-functional engagement, and widening product utilisation
- Maintain account intelligence by continuously updating Blue & Gold sheets as relationships and deals progress to support long-term growth
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), setting agendas that demonstrate business value, align strategic goals, and identify future expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sector VPs on strategic direction, Product Services leads on solution design, and Customer Success teams on usage improvement
- Attend site visits, testing days, and industry events (Vyn funds PPE requirements)
- Build customer advocacy by securing references, testimonials, and customer stories in partnership with Marketing
What You'll Need
- Proven B2B SaaS experience in account management, customer success, or similar revenue-linked roles, ideally with clients using field agents or contractors in utilities, gas, energy, or telecoms sectors
- Strong track record in renewals, upsells, and driving expansion within existing customer bases
- Strategic account planning expertise, including familiarity with Gold/Blue Sheets, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust, influence multi-level stakeholders, and operate as a strategic partner
- Commercial acumen to own a quota, forecast accurately, and prioritise opportunities that drive revenue growth
- Strong communication abilities and consultative sales approach
- UK-based or able to work across UK locations for regular on-site customer engagement
