The Role
Join our Sales Team as an Account Executive driving net new business in the DACH region. This is a pure hunting role focused on prospecting and converting new customers to Remote's Global HR Platform. You'll help prospective and active customers maximize our full suite of products to meet their employment needs, backed by our fair price guarantee.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years as an Account Executive in new business or related SaaS sales
- Proven track record building key customer relationships with decision makers and champions, driving revenue outcomes and meeting or exceeding quota
- Native or professional fluency in German; excellent verbal and written English communication
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes; ability to qualify multi-stakeholder opportunities, initiate and convert prospects, and close deals
- Demonstrated ability to build outbound sales pipeline using multiple channels, including cold calling
- High integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- In-depth understanding of company services and industry positioning
