About This Role

BambooHR is launching a brand-new, focused Employer of Record (EOR) sales team to spearhead the sales of our innovative EOR product—enabling customers to hire, manage, and pay global employees with ease. As an Account Executive specializing in Employer of Record solutions, you will be the go-to expert in EOR, driving the entire sales cycle from discovery through closing while ensuring compliance with international labor laws and building strategic, long-term client partnerships.

This is a remote position available across multiple US states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Discovery & Qualification: Establish trust and use advanced questioning techniques to accurately identify client needs and qualify opportunities. Disqualify poor prospects early to focus on high-potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, aligning it with the client's strategic priorities and overcoming objections with tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Navigate complex negotiations to reach mutually satisfactory agreements, managing price expectations and ensuring clear next steps toward deal closure.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Develop long-term partnerships by understanding and supporting clients' key priorities, positioning BambooHR as a trusted employment solutions partner.
  • Value & ROI Demonstration: Establish value-based partnerships by identifying metrics that align with clients' strategic goals and demonstrating measurable return on investment.
  • Customer-First Approach: Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking ownership of the buying experience and anticipating potential challenges throughout the sales process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively across departments, including with Account Executives and implementation teams, to achieve common goals and ensure seamless deal support.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Embrace challenges as opportunities, bringing resilience and a forward-thinking mindset to overcome sales obstacles and expand our global footprint.
  • Waitlist Engagement: Engage with pre-launch waitlist customers, respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, and collaborate with partners to deliver seamless, customer-first employment solutions.
