The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote's APAC Sales team as an Account Executive, SMB. In this pure hunting role, you'll drive net new business for Remote's Global HR Platform. Sales plays a critical role at Remote – you'll respond to incoming queries, help prospects understand how to maximize our full suite of products, and enable customers to experience our commitment to transparency with fair pricing guarantees.
You'll be responsible for initiating and converting prospects, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas focused on net new logos. This role requires someone who can confidently make calls to build pipeline, qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision makers, and navigate complex commercial negotiations.
What You'll Bring
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to initiate, convert, and close deals while achieving sales quotas. Experience selling into Southeast Asia is essential; selling to additional APAC markets is preferable.
- Prospecting Skills: Ability to confidently make outbound calls and build pipeline with qualified prospects.
- Deal Management: Success in qualifying opportunities with multiple key decision makers and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Problem-Solving: Strong objection resolution skills with ability to handle complex commercial and pricing discussions.
- Sales Operations: Deep knowledge of sales processes, operational playbooks, and ability to push deals through the sales cycle efficiently.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, and similar sales tools.
- SaaS Background: Previous sales hunting experience or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Remote's services and competitive positioning in the industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business fluency in English (essential).
