Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute role-play–based evaluation scenarios that simulate realistic customer service interactions across multiple domains:
  • Flight bookings and travel support
  • Financial services
  • Telecommunications and technical support
• Contribute to the development of diverse and representative datasets used to assess conversational audio agents
• Evaluate model performance across standardized qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Ensure evaluations reflect real customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational flow

Evaluation Criteria

Model performance is assessed using conversational, technical, and audio-specific criteria, including:

• Task completion accuracy and efficiency
• Conversational naturalness (tone, flow, and coherence)
• Audio comprehension and response quality
• Instruction adherence and contextual understanding
• Basic computer programming literacy, including JSON structures, functions, methods, and ability to reason about structured data
• Technical communication clarity in support-style problem-solving

Required Skills & Equipment

• Strong verbal communication skills in simulated customer support contexts
• Fluent English proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking)
• High-quality microphone for clean, reliable audio input
• Comfort with structured prompts, evaluation rubrics, and technical guidelines
• Device capable of running audio recording software and opening large technical documentation
• High-speed internet connection

Employment Terms

This is a contract position. As a contractor, you will supply your own secure computer and high-speed internet. Company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.

Salary Disclosure: The employer published an hourly rate of $11–$30.65/hour, with the exact rate determined by your experience, expertise, and geographic location. For annual reference only, this converts to an editorial market estimate of $80,000–$130,000 USD/year. This is not an employer-provided salary guarantee and may vary significantly based on hours worked, experience level, and location.
