About the Team

The People Team attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent globally, creating an inclusive, high-performing environment where employees grow and contribute meaningfully. The People Experience and Services function designs and delivers critical people experiences, services, and operating foundations supporting employees throughout their lifecycle—from onboarding and mobility to workplace services and trusted employee support.

People Services & Help Desk serves as Agoda's front door for People support, working alongside People Relations Services specialists to provide clear guidance, responsive support, effective issue resolution, and trusted handling of sensitive matters.

The Opportunity

We seek an Associate Director, Head of People Services & Help Desk to lead Agoda's employee-facing People service delivery model across:

  • People Help Desk / Tier 1 support
  • Tier 0 / self-service foundations
  • Global People Relations Services

This key leadership role shapes how employees and managers access support across People topics—from day-to-day HR questions and lifecycle support to complex, sensitive employee matters requiring specialist intervention.

What You'll Deliver

Lead service design, operational excellence, and team performance across global People support functions. Build scalable self-service capabilities, mentor and develop high-performing teams, establish service standards and metrics, and partner with People leadership to align services with business strategy and employee needs.

Bangkok, Thailand. Relocation support provided.
