The Role
We're seeking a Global Technical Support Engineer for our Bangkok office to support and manage desktop, network, and IT infrastructure in a fast-paced global environment. You'll support employees across their full lifecycle: onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1–L2 day-to-day technical support for global end-users, including hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Deliver IT support across the user lifecycle: device onboarding and asset offboarding
- Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow or similar tools, ensuring proper logging, categorization, communication, and SLA compliance
- Own local office IT support: desktops, laptops, meeting rooms, AV/VC systems, printers, peripherals, and basic network/connectivity
- Build and configure laptops; set up workstations for new joiners
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance: patching, encryption, antivirus/EDR, and OS compliance
What You'll Need
Experience supporting and managing desktop, network, and IT infrastructure in a fast-paced global environment. Familiarity with IT service management tools, endpoint security practices, and multicultural workplace support is valued.
