The Role

We are seeking an AI Research Scientist to join our world-class AI Research team. You will build the core intelligence behind Dawn and Phoenix, our continuous, always-on care agents. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the frontier of both research and product development simultaneously, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in clinical AI.

What You'll Work On

Healthcare demands AI that goes far beyond answering questions or completing tasks. It requires systems capable of sustained engagement across dozens of interactions, understanding patient history, perceiving present state, and guiding recovery over weeks and months. Your work will focus on:

• Memory Systems: Building advanced memory architectures for long-term patient engagement and context retention
• Multimodal Perception: Integrating video, audio, and wearable signals into unified clinical AI models
• Multi-Turn Reinforcement Learning: Developing algorithms for long-horizon treatment planning and autonomous clinical decision-making
• Autonomous Care Delivery: Creating AI that provides real clinical care at scale, without human intervention
