Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients to understand their business objectives for AI implementation, present sustainable and technically achievable solutions, and iterate strategies based on collaborative feedback
• Guide and mentor engineering teams—both internal Livefront teams and external client engineering organizations—through establishing technical standards, conducting rigorous code reviews, and contributing to the product vision
• Lead technical spikes to explore emerging technologies, methodologies, and architectural approaches
• Design robust, scalable system architectures tailored to specific client requirements and implement these solutions hands-on, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance optimization
• Design, develop, and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and end-to-end infrastructure solutions that enable seamless system communication and allow AI models to operate at scale with optimal performance
• Demonstrate versatility by adapting your skills across diverse project contexts, including API design, real-time technical support, DevOps practices, and infrastructure optimization
• Collaborate across functional teams—backend engineers, frontend developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders—to streamline communication and accelerate delivery
• Establish best practices for AI/ML system design, deployment, monitoring, and governance within client organizations

What We're Looking For

You bring proven expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, with specific experience in LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns, and production-grade ML systems. You're comfortable with full-stack development, from designing sophisticated backend architectures to optimizing data pipelines and APIs. Your communication skills enable you to translate technical complexity into strategic insights for business stakeholders, while your mentoring ability elevates engineering teams around you.
