About the Team

The Customer Success team comprises Product Specialists and Account Managers dedicated to helping clients succeed. The team partners with Fortune 1000 companies and leading financial institutions globally, taking a consultative approach to solve challenges through the AlphaSense platform. The focus is on retaining customers, maximizing product usage, and collaborating with sales to uncover growth opportunities.

About the Role

The Account Manager, Corporate is responsible for developing and maintaining three-dimensional relationships with Corporate customers and key stakeholders to drive retention and account growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for inbound queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with Corporate clients across all industries and verticals
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, engagement, and renewal negotiations
  • Collaborate with account executives to identify and expand business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Extract market and customer intelligence internally to inform product, marketing, and sales strategy
  • Drive customer retention and maximize product adoption
  • Support client success through consultative problem-solving

Location & Reporting: Remote (Eastern/Central time zones preferred). Reports to Director, Account Management.
