Role Summary
Reporting to the Billing & Collections Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for accounts receivable activities, resolving client communications regarding billing and collections inquiries. This role oversees all vendor onboarding and third-party platform management, with an emphasis on prompt, accurate communication and strict adherence to company SLA standards. You will have direct client communication and collaborate with multiple internal teams in a growing, well-funded tech company with significant career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Queue Management: Maintain the Billing & Collections email queue within 24 business hours SLA, serving as the primary point of contact for new email threads
- Vendor Onboarding: Oversee all vendor onboarding and third-party platform management
- Client Communications: Resolve billing, collections, and customer service inquiries with prompt escalation when necessary
- Case Management: Manage case queues and ensure SLA compliance across all client requests
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external clients to resolve AR-related issues
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), collections, revenue recognition, reconciliation, or email queue/case management
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM), Master's in Commerce (MCOM), BBA, or MBA in Finance (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite platforms (preferred)
Required Skills
- Primary: Excellent written and verbal communication, data management, customer service, billing and collections expertise, problem-solving, multitasking
- Secondary: Time management, case management ownership, Excel and Google Suite proficiency
