About the Role

Anduril Industries seeks a Global Sourcing Manager for Semiconductor Components to serve as the domain expert securing critical semiconductor components, materials, and services powering defense technology products. This high-impact role develops new supplier partnerships and sourcing strategies for both new and existing products, collaborating across functions to evaluate opportunities while ensuring robust commercial agreements, IP protection, and clear statements of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commodity strategies for semiconductor components, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience
  • Own end-to-end delivery of quality parts at optimal cost and timeline
  • Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing processes for semiconductor components
  • Manage business relationships with Contract Manufacturers, ensuring supply continuity, risk management, cost negotiations, and NPI-to-MP execution
  • Partner with Engineering teams and Contract Manufacturers to influence technical design specifications and manufacturing requirements
  • Perform detailed cost analysis of quote submissions using data-driven Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluation
  • Support prototype requirements and build milestones through coordinated sourcing activities
  • Influence Contract Manufacturers' processes, CapEx, and technology decisions
  • Negotiate strategic supplier agreements establishing best-in-class pricing, quality, flexibility, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve problems and advance new supplier and product offerings
  • Provide technical direction within semiconductor commodities throughout the product lifecycle
  • Lead operations efforts developing new and adapted technologies for Anduril
