API Support Specialist

About the Role

NinjaTrader is seeking an experienced API Support Specialist to join our growing support team. In this role, you'll provide technical assistance to traders and developers using our industry-leading trading platform and API services. As a key member of our support organization, you'll help ensure seamless integration and optimal performance for our global user base of over 2 million traders.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to API users, developers, and traders integrating with NinjaTrader's platforms
• Troubleshoot API-related issues and provide timely, professional resolutions
• Document support interactions and contribute to knowledge base development
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and escalate bugs or feature requests
• Respond to support inquiries via multiple channels with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a deep understanding of NinjaTrader's API documentation and trading platform capabilities
• Help traders optimize their use of our software and brokerage services

About You

You have a strong technical foundation with experience supporting APIs or technical software products. You're patient, detail-oriented, and excel at explaining complex concepts to users of varying technical skill levels. Your communication skills are exceptional, and you're committed to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
