The Role

As a Product Designer, you'll craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered designs that reshape our customers' relationship with money, with a specific focus on our wealth and investment product. You'll collaborate closely with a talented, cross-functional team to create seamless experiences that transform the way people build and manage their wealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user experiences from scratch using our design system to build new flows and ensure alignment between brand and product experience
• Own the end-to-end design process—from concept to Figma wireframes that engineers can develop, coordinating with marketing to ship to consumers
• Transform moments into delightful experiences—create surprising and engaging end-user experiences and marketing assets
• Drive product development—work closely with founders and engineering to define problems, wireframe prototypes, and deliver high-quality product deliverables

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of Product Design experience in hyper-growth tech companies (valued at $1B USD or more)
• Creative problem-solving with a passion for beautiful, simple designs and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong understanding of human emotion and ability to build products that surprise and delight users
• Deep thinking about user needs with the ability to articulate design decisions while understanding technical implications
• Excellent written and verbal communication, recognizing that copy and design work together seamlessly
• Ideally based in London or willing to relocate (ARQ can sponsor visa)
