Job Description

About ARQ

ARQ is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world. Our mission is to redefine how people interact with money across borders, building the infrastructure to move value seamlessly. We're still early in our journey, which means every person who joins shapes the future of our product, culture, and growth.

The Role

We're hiring Product Managers to lead critical product areas—from payments to credit to growth. You'll own meaningful product domains end-to-end: from discovery to delivery, working directly with founders, engineers, and designers to build financial products that millions of people depend on.

You'll think like a founder: deeply curious about the why, ruthless about prioritization, and energized by the fast-moving reality of building at scale. Real ownership from day one comes with the expectation to set the bar for product quality at ARQ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of your product area, from concept to launch
  • Drive product execution with speed alongside engineers, designers, and operators
  • Deeply understand users through data analysis, customer interviews, and market insights
  • Define and track success metrics; use data to guide prioritization and validate decisions
  • Lead partnerships with external providers—banks, processors, data vendors—relevant to your domain
  • Contribute to ARQ's product management processes as the team scales

Required Experience

  • 5–7+ years in product management or product ownership with a track record of shipping impactful products
  • Strong data instincts and ability to define metrics before building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complexity for engineers and executives
  • Bias toward action with comfort managing ambiguity and iterating quickly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Background in cross-border payments or international money movement

Salary Disclosure: The salary range of $130,000–$190,000 USD annually is an editorial market estimate based on role level, industry standards, and location data. This is not employer-provided compensation and may vary significantly based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
