Position Summary
Join ProKidney's high-performing team as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and help shape the future of chronic kidney disease treatment. This strategic role supports our entire recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on temp-to-perm openings, candidate management, and seamless onboarding experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing market intelligence to meet complex, high-priority hiring demands across the organization
- Serve as a strategic partner to business unit leaders, translating complex business needs into actionable hiring plans and comprehensive workforce strategies
- Partner extensively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights and talent intelligence
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey by managing communications, resolving issues promptly, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with business and HR partners to embed structured, candidate-centered selection practices ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring decisions and positive experiences
- Schedule interviews using Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System, manage candidate onsite visits, and coordinate all necessary communications with candidates and interviewers in a timely manner
- Work with Corporate Traveler to coordinate candidate travel logistics and ensure seamless candidate experiences
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant candidate records in Greenhouse ATS
- Collaborate with Total Rewards Partners to develop offer letters, launch background investigations via HireRight, and conduct timely candidate references
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Greenhouse ATS, troubleshooting issues, managing templates, and escalating system concerns as needed
- Participate in talent acquisition process improvements, systems optimization, procedural enhancements, and compliance initiatives
- Support ProKidney's employment branding initiatives and university recruiting efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with biotech or pharmaceutical industry expertise required
- Exceptional technical proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with attention to detail
