About This Role

As a Campaign Specialist at Avery Dennison, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaign strategies, manage project timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet our high standards for quality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and traditional channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to produce high-quality campaign assets
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within budget
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Optimize campaigns based on data analysis and A/B testing results to improve ROI and engagement
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
- Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the industry
- Support the development of marketing collateral and brand messaging guidelines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaign initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email, social media, and web analytics
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and paid advertising campaigns
- Experience with content management systems and marketing technology stacks
- Certification in digital marketing or project management (PMP, HubSpot, Google Ads, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign execution and results
