Information Security Architect

About This Role

BambooHR seeks an experienced Information Security Architect to lead hands-on security architecture design across our cloud environment and corporate information systems. You will partner with engineering, IT, and security teams to embed security into platforms, processes, and day-to-day technology decisions, operating with high autonomy and strategic influence.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of security architecture across cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and corporate information systems, ensuring solutions are secure-by-design, scalable, and operationally sustainable
• Lead architecture and design reviews, defining secure cloud and corporate security patterns
• Advise on identity and data protection strategies across the organisation
• Guide engineering and product teams through complex security trade-offs to enable secure, scalable delivery
• Own outcomes across cloud and corporate security architecture, delivering measurable risk reduction and security standards
• Collaborate across engineering, IT, product, and security functions to embed security into how BambooHR designs, builds, and operates

Requirements & Employment Terms

This is a remote position available in Utah. Employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background check and credit check.

Compensation Disclosure
