Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote Position
Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives? ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking an experienced BCBA or Senior BCBA to join our clinician-led team. We're redefining autism care through a neurodiversity affirming approach using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) methodology. About the Role
As a BCBA at ANNA, you'll play a key clinical role developing and implementing individualized intervention plans for children ages 18 months to 6 years. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering neurodiversity affirming, NDBI-based intervention strategies
- Supervising and training therapy staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
- Collaborating closely with families to support their child's developmental progress
- Conducting behavioral assessments and progress monitoring
- Maintaining detailed clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Contributing to a culture of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
This is a center-based position with a full-time, 40-hour schedule—no travel, no weekend shifts, and no burnout.

About You
