Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Senior BCBA

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinician-led team. We specialize in providing high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming autism care for children ages 18 months to 6 years using evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approaches.

About the Role

As a BCBA at ANNA, you will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity-affirming, NDBI approach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and overseeing personalized behavioral intervention plans for young children with autism
  • Supervising and training therapy staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborating closely with families to support their child's development and progress
  • Maintaining the highest standards of clinical care in a center-based setting
  • Working with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a supportive, evidence-based environment

This is a center-based position with no travel requirements and no weekend shifts, offering a healthy work-life balance within a full-time, 40-hour schedule.
