About the Role
Join ANNA Autism Care as a Behavior Therapist and make a tangible difference in the lives of autistic children under 6. We provide neurodiversity-affirming, play-based therapy using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI)—an approach that follows each child's lead, builds on their strengths, and integrates seamlessly into real play and real life.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay: $24–$26/hour
- $126 signing bonus upon completing onboarding
- Additional $400 bonus after 6 months
- RBT certification bonus available for eligible candidates
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. No evenings, weekends, or travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with young children in play-based, naturalistic settings
- Track progress and implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collaborate with families to support learning and development in real-world contexts
- Participate in weekly supervision and ongoing professional coaching

Who Should Apply

No prior ABA experience required—we provide complete training and support from day one.
