Based in New Jersey with expansion into Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this boutique law firm is known for hands-on client care, professional excellence, and accessibility. Key Responsibilities

• Client Intake Calls: Answer 5-10+ daily inbound calls from prospective clients, follow structured intake questionnaires, and complete detailed intake forms with precision and professionalism.
• Case Transfer & Documentation: Submit completed intake forms into the case management system and smoothly transfer qualified calls to Attorney Jeremias Batista for case evaluation.
• Clerical & Administrative Support: Manage document collection, appointment scheduling, secondary case write-ups, and follow-up communications to support case progression.
• Client Communication: Ensure every caller feels heard, supported, and guided through the initial consultation process with empathy and clarity.
• Case Management: Maintain accurate records, track documentation status, and coordinate between clients and legal staff to keep cases moving forward efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Strong bilingual communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to clearly explain legal processes to non-lawyers
• Proven customer service experience with ability to handle sensitive, high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion
• Meticulous attention to detail—intake forms and case documentation must be accurate and complete
• Comfort with inbound call handling and phone-based client interactions
• Experience with digital forms, case management systems, or legal intake processes (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining responsiveness
• Ideal candidates based in the Philippines or Latin America with reliable internet and professional workspace
