About the Role
Cielo2 is seeking a Recruiter specializing in high-volume recruitment for the manufacturing sector. This is a remote position ideal for professionals with experience in rapid-scale hiring and English-language recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for manufacturing positions at scale
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment metrics
- Conduct phone and video interviews with qualified applicants
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to meet hiring targets
- Build and nurture talent databases for ongoing recruitment needs
- Track recruitment data and provide regular reporting on hiring progress
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in high-volume or rapid-scale recruitment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry roles and requirements
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
