Your insights will directly influence recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing approaches, and market positioning for both our organization and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on recruitment markets, talent availability, and industry hiring trends across various sectors and geographies
- Analyze competitor recruitment strategies, job market data, and talent pool characteristics to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop detailed research reports and executive summaries on recruitment insights, labor market conditions, and talent acquisition metrics
- Support the identification and evaluation of candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment channel effectiveness
- Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources including job boards, LinkedIn, industry databases, and proprietary research platforms
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand specific talent research needs and deliver targeted intelligence
- Monitor emerging talent trends, skills gaps, and workforce demographic shifts relevant to client industries
- Prepare presentations and visualizations that communicate complex recruitment data in clear, actionable formats
- Maintain research databases and documentation systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Stay current with recruitment industry developments, research methodologies, and talent market intelligence tools
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment research, talent market analysis, or workforce intelligence
- Strong research and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in presenting findings to stakeholders
- Proficiency with research tools, databases, and job market intelligence platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar talent research platforms
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, hiring metrics, and talent acquisition terminology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating professional research reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Experience with statistical analysis or quantitative research methods
