About This Role
Cielo2 is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter specialising in Pharma R&D talent acquisition. This is a full-time remote position with an immediate start available.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent for pharmaceutical research and development positions. Your expertise in the pharma sector will be critical to building high-performing teams and supporting business growth through strategic talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for pharma R&D roles across multiple levels
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through offer and onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified pharma R&D professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and outcomes
Required Experience
- Proven track record as a recruiter with specialisation in pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D recruitment
- Strong understanding of pharma research and development roles and skill requirements
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
