About the Role

Cielo2 is seeking a detail-oriented and professionally fluent Talent Administrator & Coordinator with French language proficiency to join our growing remote team. This role serves as a critical operational hub, bridging talent acquisition, client management, and administrative excellence across our global staffing operations.

As Talent Administrator & Coordinator, you will manage complex talent workflows, coordinate between multiple stakeholders, and ensure seamless communication across recruitment pipelines. Your French language skills will be essential for engaging with francophone clients, candidates, and internal team members, making you an invaluable asset in our expanding European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent administration tasks, including candidate database maintenance, application tracking, and documentation processing
  • Coordinate communication between candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal recruitment teams
  • Provide bilingual support (English/French) for client inquiries, candidate communications, and administrative correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent management platforms
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate onboarding processes
  • Assist with job posting creation, distribution, and candidate sourcing activities
  • Monitor recruitment timelines and ensure compliance with SLAs and company policies
  • Generate recruitment reports, analytics, and performance metrics for management review
  • Support HR and recruitment teams with ad-hoc administrative projects and process improvements
  • Manage talent pools and maintain candidate relationship management (CRM) database
  • Respond to candidate and client inquiries with professionalism and clarity in both English and French

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent French language skills (written and verbal) – essential for this role
  • Professional English proficiency (business level minimum)
  • 1-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, or recruitment coordination
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
  • Customer service orientation with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with specific ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters, Workable, Lever, or similar)
  • Background in staffing, executive search, or specialized talent placement
  • Knowledge of European labor markets and hiring practices
  • Experience with HR analytics or recruitment metrics
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
  • Exposure to multilingual recruitment environments
