The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our 24/7 operations team supporting over 60,000 healthcare professionals on our platform. This is not a typical support role—it's an entry point into leadership. Many of our current leaders started in customer-facing positions, and we actively promote internally. You'll solve complex problems, build deep operational knowledge, and develop the skills needed to lead teams.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining marketplace reliability, ensuring high performance, and building trust with our users. You'll operate with urgency and ownership, taking initiative in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where your contributions directly impact thousands of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level customer support via chat and voice to healthcare professionals and workplace partners
- Manage customer interactions using CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce) with precision and empathy
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
- Maintain detailed documentation using Google Workspace tools
- Proactively identify and resolve customer pain points without waiting for direction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer outcomes
- Support 24/7 operations with required Saturday and Sunday availability
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional customer support experience via chat or voice
- 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- 2+ years using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) in professional settings
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
- Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Proactive problem-solver who demonstrates initiative and ownership
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure
- Proven ability to maintain composure and deliver quality support during high-volume periods
Location & Schedule
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Europe and Canada. Please note: We operate 24/7 with rotating shifts. Each schedule consists of 5 days within a 7-day cycle (Sunday to Saturday), with both Saturday and Sunday availability required to support peak times. Shifts are assigned based on business needs.
