The Role

We're seeking a creative and energetic Growth Strategy Associate to join our Market Takeover (MTO) team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, events, and making real-world positive impact. You'll be instrumental in building the Clipboard brand and driving growth through compelling in-person events across the United States. This role combines travel, relationship building, strategic thinking, and hands-on event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% monthly to cities across the US to support and execute high-energy, in-person events
• Engage with event attendees to foster community and build strong relationships with prospective customers
• Make calls to prospective customers to secure event attendance and drive participation
• Write tailored, personalized emails to prospects and customers for follow-up and relationship nurturing
• Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and deal closure
• Track and analyze event outcomes and learnings, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Contribute strategically to the overall growth marketing strategy for Project MTO
