Role Overview
We're hiring a detail-focused and process-oriented Onboarding Documents Associate to join our core operations team. This is a critical role that ensures healthcare professionals can quickly and safely onboard onto our platform while maintaining full compliance with facility, local, state, and federal regulations. Your work directly impacts the quality, speed, and integrity of our onboarding process—helping professionals start their careers faster and enabling facilities to access talent without delay.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Review & Validation: Review and validate essential onboarding documents submitted by healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Queue Management: Monitor and manage document submission queues, backlogs, and credential expirations during assigned shifts with real-time prioritization.
- Daily Operations: Execute core tasks including document status updates, document mapping, resolving unread submissions, and managing special projects.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to operational excellence by reviewing internal policies and recommending updates that enhance clarity and efficiency across the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to resolve document-related inquiries and streamline internal workflows via Slack and internal tools.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on evolving documentation standards and product updates to ensure consistent, accurate decision-making.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed targets for document review time, accuracy rates, and throughput, contributing to individual and team performance metrics.
