About the Department

The Global Customer Services (GCS) team is the post-sales heartbeat of Cloudflare. The Global Customer Engineering (GCE) team owns the customer journey, driving product adoption, architecting complex deployments, and ensuring customers maximize value from the Cloudflare platform. We empower customers globally through proactive guidance and expert services to accelerate time to value and business outcomes.

About the Role

The AI Builder Intern will support the Global Customer Services team with foundational developer platform tasks and contribute to projects enabling customers to build and deploy on Cloudflare. You will gain hands-on exposure to Cloudflare's developer ecosystem while working alongside consultants and engineers delivering technical solutions to global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven prototypes using LLMs, RAG architectures, and predictive models
• Support foundational developer platform tasks and contribute to customer-facing projects
• Work with Professional Services and Customer Success teams on technical solutions
• Gain real-world experience in customer adoption and deployment scenarios
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and engineers on edge services implementations
