The Role: Contract Deal Desk Analyst
We're seeking an experienced Deal Desk Analyst (Contractor) to support our go-to-market teams as we scale efficiently and sustainably. In this critical revenue operations role, you'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to structure, review, and execute deals that drive predictable, healthy revenue growth. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our quote-to-close process while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, structure, and approve deals to ensure alignment with pricing strategy, discount policies, and commercial terms
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to navigate non-standard deal requests and provide strategic approval guidance
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contract compliance and smooth deal execution
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the quote-to-cash process, recommending continuous improvements
- Manage deal submissions in Salesforce and related tools with meticulous attention to data integrity
- Support revenue forecasting and deal reporting through consistent data hygiene and comprehensive documentation
- Work with Revenue Operations to maintain and optimize pricing and approval workflows across systems
- Provide intensive sales support during end-of-month and end-of-quarter close periods
- Analyze deal trends and provide actionable insights to inform strategic commercial decisions
