  • Interpret and translate analytical findings into clear business insights, tailored for diverse stakeholders across marketing, analytics, strategy, and leadership
  • Manually scrub, structure, and normalize data to ensure quality and analytical readiness for deep-dive analyses
  • Prepare datasets to support advanced analytics, including exploratory and explanatory machine learning techniques, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability
  • Develop data visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, technology, media, strategy, and client-facing teams to align analyses with business objectives
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and data limitations to support transparency and reproducibility

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of professional experience defining and validating metrics in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, transformations, and performance optimization
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery)
  • Solid foundation in statistics and analytical reasoning (trend analysis, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and creating actionable dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, patient registries)
