The Role

We're seeking an AI-native Web Designer who has fundamentally rethought how landing pages are created. You'll build beautiful, investor-ready landing pages by architecting AI workflows that transform creative briefs, copy outlines, and deal narratives into polished designs at unprecedented speed and scale. You'll deliver clean, production-ready designs to our web development team for implementation in Webflow, Builder.io, and other modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Workflow Architecture & Optimization: Design and build end-to-end AI workflows that automate the landing page creation pipeline—from intake documents to production-ready designs. Chain together AI tools across copy outlining, moodboarding, layout generation, image creation, and design QA into repeatable, scalable processes.
• Continuous Tool Evaluation: Proactively test and integrate emerging AI tools and capabilities to keep DealMaker at the leading edge of AI-assisted design innovation.
• Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive workflow documentation, prompt libraries, and templates ensuring transparency and repeatability across the team.
• Landing Page Design: Design Reg CF / Reg A landing pages that tell compelling investment stories through strategic layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Apply DealMaker UX best practices to format key sections (Hero, Problem, Solution, Traction, Market, CTA) based on content availability.
• Responsive Design: Design seamless experiences across desktop and mobile devices with clear specifications and implementation guidelines.

Performance Metrics

• Deliver 8-10 production-ready landing pages per month
• Minimize average turnaround time from brief to approved design
• Reduce design revisions per page through improved first-pass quality
