Role Overview

Position: Director, Global Talent Acquisition
Reports to: Head of People
Level: Director
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Location & Schedule Requirements

This role is fully remote but will directly manage team members working in East Africa Time (EAT). You must overlap with the East Africa Time zone by at least 3 hours daily. For reference, 6PM EAT equals 11AM US Eastern Time (summer) or 10AM (winter). If based in the Eastern US, expect regular 8AM meetings and occasional 7AM commitments. We encourage flexible scheduling that accommodates personal commitments while maintaining team overlap.

Travel

Must be able to travel approximately 3–4 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats and oversight activities.
