In this role, you will leverage your construction expertise to guide customers through successful platform implementations, deliver training, provide workflow consulting, and drive continuous engagement programs that ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Become a Fieldwire product expert and master platform best practices for configuration and usage
- Understand client construction needs and business objectives
- Lead platform implementation and training for customer accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize value from Fieldwire
- Remove obstacles and drive process improvements using construction management principles
- Support ongoing customer engagement and account expansion
- Develop client workflows and provide strategic consulting
