Construction Success Manager

About the Role

Fieldwire is seeking experienced construction professionals to join as a Construction Success Manager. In this remote position based in the Netherlands, you will become a trusted advisor to construction clients, guiding them through successful platform implementations, training, workflow consulting, and ongoing engagement programs that drive customer satisfaction and account growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about improving the construction industry. You will have hands-on experience using construction project planning and management software, combined with a genuine commitment to client success and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and advise on customer processes, becoming a trusted advisor for your accounts
• Become a Fieldwire product and training expert, understanding business objectives and maximizing platform value for clients
• Lead platform implementations, training sessions, and ongoing customer support using proven project management mindsets
• Remove obstacles and drive process improvements to help clients succeed
• Drive customer satisfaction and account expansion through engagement programs
• Manage client relationships and ensure continuous platform adoption

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a construction professional (field and/or office-based)
• Expertise in construction project planning and management software
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to translate construction challenges into software solutions
