About the Role

Join Fieldwire's high-performing finance team as Controller, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. This is a leadership position based in San Francisco, CA with hybrid or remote flexibility. You'll serve as a key business partner, managing finance operations and driving strategic financial decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations including Accounting, Cost Controls, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable teams
• Ensure accurate monthly financial statement closure within 3 working days
• Manage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 standards for SaaS environment
• Oversee internal and external controls, audit processes, and treasury functions
• Develop financial forecasts and predict revenue and spend trends
• Enable data-driven organizational decisions to support 50% year-over-year revenue growth targets
• Develop leadership skills while managing team performance and operational excellence
