The Role
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts to join our direct sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new enterprise-level clients for FloQast's industry-leading Accounting Workflow Automation platform.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales pipeline targeting enterprise-level accounting and finance departments
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations for C-suite and finance leadership
- Negotiate contracts and close complex enterprise deals
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in finance and accounting functions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Track pipeline activity and report on sales metrics using CRM systems
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape in accounting automation
What We're Looking For
You're a driven sales professional with:
- Proven success selling enterprise software solutions (SaaS experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of accounting, finance operations, or related business processes
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Track record of exceeding quota and closing large deals
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Appetite for competitive commissions and team-based success
Position Details
Work Environment: Fully remote, available to candidates in Delaware, DC, Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia.
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position
