We're seeking a Founding Tech Recruiter to build out our team as we embark on our next phase of growth. You'll operate as a strategic partner in the heart of the startup ecosystem, pioneering how we find and engage top talent. This is a freelance, fully remote position offering complete autonomy and flexibility to work on your own schedule while making direct impact on company growth.

What We're Looking For
You're an ideal fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, either in-house or at a search agency
- Comfort operating in startup environments where you thrive amid ambiguity, rapid iteration, and high-growth challenges
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with genuine care for candidate experience
- Strong professional network and personal brand in the recruiting community (active LinkedIn presence, trusted connections)
- Deep commitment to quality, process excellence, and candidate satisfaction
- Excitement about flexible, fully remote work with autonomy over your schedule
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience at early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets
- Track record of writing or speaking about recruiting, talent strategy, or startup culture
