About the Role
FusionConsulting is seeking a motivated Working Student in Talent Management & Learning to join our dynamic team in a fully remote internship position. This is an excellent opportunity for students and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational learning while maintaining flexibility with your academic or personal commitments.
As a Working Student, you will support our Talent Management and Learning initiatives across the organization. You'll work closely with our HR and L&D teams to develop, implement, and optimize programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of modern talent management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and learning strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition processes, including job posting distribution, resume screening, and candidate communication
- Support the development and delivery of employee onboarding programs and training materials
- Help organize and coordinate learning and development initiatives, workshops, and training sessions
- Maintain and update talent management databases and documentation systems
- Research industry best practices in talent management and organizational learning
- Contribute to the creation of educational content and training resources
- Provide administrative support to the HR and L&D teams
- Participate in special projects related to employee engagement and development
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate with interest in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with standard office software and learning management systems (LMS)
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
