About the Role
As Head of Strategic Partnerships & Influence, you will build the profile and credibility of direct cash transfers within tech, finance, and thought leader communities—shaping how high-capacity donors think about effective poverty alleviation.
Sitting on the marketing and communications team, you will:
- Work with thought leaders, public intellectuals, and influencers to create a coordinated force advocating for direct cash transfer effectiveness
- Develop and manage relationships with individual surrogates as the primary focus
- Execute nascent brand partnership strategy, identifying fintech platforms, personal finance media, consumer brands, and major organizations where GiveDirectly's mission creates natural alignment
- Amplify GiveDirectly's credibility within communities that drive philanthropic and policy decisions
