About the Role
Glean is seeking a Delivery Excellence Manager (DEM) to lead and orchestrate successful implementations and long-term customer engagements in the Central region. You will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes while maintaining exceptional delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
As a Delivery Excellence Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and ongoing optimization
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams including professional services, technical, and support resources
- Develop and execute customer success strategies tailored to regional accounts
- Drive adoption and value realization across enterprise deployments of Glean's Work AI platform
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a strategic partner for long-term engagement
- Monitor delivery metrics, customer health indicators, and project KPIs to ensure excellence
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support customer retention and expansion
- Identify process improvements and best practices to scale delivery operations
About You
You bring proven experience in customer delivery, implementation management, or customer success leadership—ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/technology solutions. You excel at:
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with attention to detail and execution
- Building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Communicating clearly with C-suite executives, technical teams, and diverse customer personas
- Problem-solving on the fly while maintaining customer confidence and delivery timelines
- Thriving in a remote, collaborative work environment with asynchronous communication
- Understanding enterprise software platforms, AI capabilities, and their business impact
