About the Role

As Global Sourcing Manager for Connectors & Wire Harness, you will be the domain expert for cables and harness commodities, driving critical component sourcing and supplier partnerships. This proactive, high-impact position secures materials and services essential to Anduril's products while ensuring commercial agreements, intellectual property, and statements of work are established before production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for connectors and cables/harness, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience
• Own end-to-end delivery of quality parts at the right cost and timeline
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing processes for cables and harness products
• Manage business relationships with external Contract Manufacturers, ensuring supply continuity, risk mitigation, and cost optimization from NPI through MP operations
• Partner with Engineering teams and Contract Manufacturers to influence technical design specifications and customize manufacturing requirements
• Perform detailed cost analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations of supplier quotes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support prototype development and build milestones
• Negotiate key supplier agreements establishing best-in-class pricing, quality, delivery, warranty, and service terms
• Influence Contract Manufacturer processes, capital expenditure decisions, and technology adoption
• Provide technical direction and evaluate product strategy throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop new supplier and sourcing partnerships for both new and existing products to improve technology, cost, and quality

What We're Looking For

You bring sourcing expertise in cables and harness manufacturing with proven ability to negotiate complex supplier agreements, manage risk, and drive cost savings. Strong technical acumen in supply chain analysis, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. Experience managing Contract Manufacturers and influencing product design is highly valued.
