CAD Designer (Remote)

About You

We're looking for a professional with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills who embraces change while maintaining strong attention to detail. You should be an interested and proactive person who's constantly learning and improving your skills. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you'll be working with global clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction and design projects
• Work with industry-standard CAD tools including Revit, SolidWorks, Shapr3D, or Fusion360 for 3D modeling and design (primary tools)
• Generate material lists and takeoffs from design models and technical drawings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and comprehensive documentation
• Recommend and implement modern workflows to improve team efficiency and productivity
• Support project coordination through accurate and timely drawing deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven proficiency in Revit, SolidWorks, Shapr3D, or Fusion360
• Demonstrated experience with 3D modeling and technical drawing production
• Strong understanding of construction documents and design standards
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy across complex projects
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Proactive mindset with commitment to continuous skill development
• Based in Latin America with reliable internet connectivity for remote work

Technical Skills Needed
