Position Overview

We're seeking an English-fluent Digital Marketing Specialist for a part-time remote position. This hands-on, execution-focused role is ideal for a proactive professional based in Latin America who excels at platform management, campaign optimization, and marketing automation. You'll work across multiple marketing technology platforms and paid media channels, requiring someone with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses comprehensive digital marketing operations across marketing automation, paid media, and analytics platforms:

  • HubSpot Platform Expertise: Serve as the HubSpot specialist across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs, managing all aspects of the platform
  • Workflow & Automation Development: Build, test, document, and optimize complex workflows, automations, lead scoring models, and customer lifecycle processes
  • Data Management: Manage HubSpot data including imports, hygiene checks, deduplication, custom property creation, and data migrations
  • Integration Management: Implement and maintain integrations using Zapier, native connectors, and API/webhook connections
  • Landing Page & Form Optimization: Create and optimize forms, landing pages, chatbots, custom reports, and interactive dashboards
  • Paid Media Campaign Execution: Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads platforms
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaign structure, conduct keyword research, build target audiences, write compelling ad copy, run A/B tests, optimize bid strategies, and monitor budgets
  • Analytics & Tracking Implementation: Implement and maintain comprehensive tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Conversion Tracking & Attribution: Ensure accurate conversion tracking, establish UTM governance protocols, integrate call tracking systems, and configure CRM-based closed-loop reporting
  • Performance Documentation: Work within established attribution frameworks and maintain clear documentation of all optimization decisions and testing results

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot expertise across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs
  • HubSpot Certifications: Required to have or commit to obtaining relevant HubSpot certifications
  • Proven track record building complex workflows, automations, and lifecycle logic in HubSpot
  • Demonstrated experience implementing integrations via Zapier and APIs/webhooks
  • Hands-on paid media management experience across Google, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising platforms
  • Google Ads Certification: Required for this position
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRM-based reporting
  • Professional experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and call tracking tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail for QA, documentation, and data integrity maintenance
  • Execution-focused mindset with direct responsibility for platform and campaign management
  • Fluent English communication skills for seamless collaboration with global teams
