The Opportunity

Join GRAIL's rapidly expanding commercial team as a GRAIL Galleri Consultant (GGC1), working collaboratively with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to execute the go-to-market sales strategy for Galleri—GRAIL's revolutionary multi-cancer early detection (MCED) product. This customer-focused position demands a "market builder" mindset. As a successful GGC1, you will act with urgency and passion to engage physicians and their clinical staff, encouraging them to think differently about cancer screening and transforming their practice workflows. You'll integrate innovative MCED technology into office operations and consistently present Galleri as an appropriate screening option to patients, with the ultimate goal of identifying more cancers sooner and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person sales visits to targeted physician practices, spending >85% of time in the field engaging healthcare providers
  • Plan, coordinate, and support clinical events and educational initiatives to drive adoption of MCED screening practices
  • Execute company-wide commercial initiatives and sales strategies in assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and practice administrators to facilitate integration of Galleri into standard screening protocols
  • Educate healthcare providers on the clinical benefits and workflow advantages of multi-cancer early detection technology
  • Track and report on market activities, physician engagement metrics, and clinical adoption progress
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales leadership, clinical affairs, and marketing teams
  • Support business development through participation in conferences, webinars, and regional meetings as needed

Territory & Location

This field-based role is located in the Pacific Northwest, covering the Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, South Seattle, Tacoma, Puget Sound region and surrounding areas. While you will primarily operate in the field within your territory, occasional travel to GRAIL offices or other locations may be required to support business needs and company initiatives.
