About the Opportunity
Our Customer Success and Customer Support Teams are the backbone of the Greenhouse experience. These roles are critical to ensuring that every Greenhouse user has the tools, knowledge, and support they need to win at hiring. As a team member, you'll:
- Drive organizational change for our customers and help them unlock the full potential of the Greenhouse platform
- Set the bar for customer happiness, technical support, and industry expertise
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping clients continuously improve their hiring processes
- Bring to life why Greenhouse is the leading hiring software in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success at every stage of their journey

Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Passion for customer success and support excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment
- Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
