Global Head of Structured Products - Senior Vice President / Managing Director

About the Role

iCapital is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President or Managing Director to lead the Global Head of Structured Products division. This senior executive position represents the most prestigious leadership role within the Structured Products function, overseeing the firm's technology platform, client-facing operations, and strategic initiatives on a global basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and execution of iCapital's Structured Products technology platform across multiple geographic regions and functional teams. This role demands an MD-caliber leader capable of operating seamlessly at both strategic and tactical execution levels within a rapidly growing, global organization. You will drive enterprise-wide impact, manage senior leadership teams, and serve as a critical executive stakeholder across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and set strategy for the global Structured Products technology platform, establishing priorities and execution plans aligned with firm-wide objectives
• Own end-to-end platform performance, including product delivery, operational effectiveness, scalability, and measurable client outcomes
• Oversee senior leaders and teams across the Structured Products platform leadership and Structured Investments Operations divisions
• Provide executive leadership, mentorship, and performance management across multiple functional and geographic teams
• Evolve organizational structure to support sustainable growth, operational scale, and expanded global reach
• Serve as a principal point of engagement for key internal and external stakeholders, including board-level relationships
• Partner closely with C-suite leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product, technology, operations, and distribution channels
• Drive continued platform evolution and international expansion into new markets
• Champion international growth initiatives in partnership with regional and global stakeholders
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, operational efficiency, and overall client experience

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in structured products and/or leading structured products teams at senior levels
• Deep expertise in structured products, alternative investments, or complex financial technology platforms
• Proven track record successfully leading large, multi-layered teams at senior executive level
• Strong strategic orientation combined with demonstrated hands-on execution capability
• Prior experience operating at Senior Vice President or Managing Director level with measurable enterprise-wide impact
• Deep understanding of financial markets, structured investments, and platform-based solutions
• Series 7 and Series 24 securities licenses (or equivalent)

💰 Salary Range: $225,000 - $300,000 USD annually, plus equity and performance bonus eligibility.
