Implementation Manager - Moveworks

About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our Moveworks team. This is a pivotal position for driving successful deployments of Moveworks AI platform across enterprise clients globally. You will be responsible for managing implementation timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring clients achieve their desired business outcomes through effective AI-powered service automation.

As an Implementation Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact during the critical implementation phase, translating client requirements into actionable deployment strategies. This role combines project management excellence with technical acumen and customer advocacy to deliver transformative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timeline, and budget constraints
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including solutions engineers, customer success, and product specialists to ensure seamless integration
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and success metrics
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps and project plans aligned with client objectives
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the deployment cycle
• Identify and resolve implementation risks and blockers proactively
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of Moveworks AI solutions within client environments
• Provide guidance on best practices and optimization opportunities during implementation
• Monitor project health metrics and deliver regular status updates to internal and client leadership
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation, project management, or consulting experience in software deployments
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
• Strong understanding of enterprise software adoption and change management principles
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in planning, execution, and tracking
• Outstanding communication abilities—both written and verbal—with technical and business audiences
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with CRM, ITSM, or enterprise automation platforms is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI or intelligent automation solutions
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ecosystem
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
• Background in customer success, sales engineering, or solutions consulting
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies
